. March 10, 2014

Mackinac Island, MI - March 10, 2014 - Mission Point Resort on Mackinac Island heads into the 2014 season with the addition of three new team members: Kerri Malinovich as corporate director, sales, marketing & revenue management; Stacey Ogden as corporate director of marketing; and Kim Corcoran as corporate sales manager.

"I'm thrilled to welcome Kerri, Stacey and Kim to the Mission Point family," said Bradley McCallum, Mission Point Resort general manager. "To have this talented group join an already strong team, we are well equipped to spread the word about Mission Point as a great destination for groups, families and couples that are looking for an experience like none other in a relaxed, welcoming and unique environment."

As corporate director, Malinovich works closely with General Manager Bradley McCallum, to oversee all sales, marketing and revenue management for the Resort. Prior to joining the Mission Point team, Malinovich spent a decade with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, most recently as Manager of Revenue Management Systems, working closely with sales, marketing and revenue teams nationally.

Ogden joins the Resort in conjunction with her role as corporate director of marketing for Mission Point's sister property, The Chanler at Cliff Walk in Newport, R.I. Her background includes hospitality and sports marketing, including work with Patriot Place, home of the New England Patriots. For Mission Point, Ogden will provide marketing insight and support as the team develops its cohesive marketing strategy.

Corcoran brings extensive knowledge and understanding of the Michigan travel market. Previously, she launched Destination Michigan in 2004, a meetings management company, and then created Meetings Michigan, a statewide organization of hotels, resorts, and convention & visitors bureaus. Her passion for hospitality and industry insight will be a key asset for driving Mission Point's corporate group and transient business growth.
