Under Kasidy's helm, Shutters on the Beach's ONE Spa and Hotel Casa del Mar's Sea Wellness Spa will further strengthen the wellness experiences for guests, blending state-of-the-art treatments with Santa Monica's laidback California lifestyle. In her role, Kasidy will be instrumental in managing and overseeing the development of holistic concepts and menu offerings, as well as spearheading the recruitment, training, and supervision of spa staff.
With years of experience in the spa and wellness industry, Kasidy's career began with a hands-on role as a massage therapist, where she completed a rigorous 1,000-hour apprenticeship, showcasing her natural talent for personalized care. Her career then took her across California where she successfully assisted in the management and launch of several prestigious spas throughout the region, including San Diego's Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa, the new locations for milk + honey spa in Brentwood and Culver City, and most recently, oversaw the flagship skincare studio at OSEA Malibu in Venice.
