Tina Fleming Appointed Director of Operations for Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa in Groton, CT
GROTON, CT - October 23, 2013 - Tina Fleming has been appointed as Director of Operations for the 285-room Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa in Groton, CT. In this position, she oversees the rooms and food and beverage departments of the hotel, including budgeting, scheduling, associate training and development, inventory, and strict adherence to all Marriott and Waterford Hotel Group standards. The AAA Four-Diamond Mystic Marriott is professionally managed by Waterford Hotel Group, Inc., a national hotel and convention center management firm.
Fleming joined Waterford Hotel Group in 2002 and most recently served as Regional Hotel Director, responsible for overseeing the operations of several of Waterford's select service hotels. Her previous operations experience includes her role as General Manager for the Courtyard by Marriott in Cromwell, CT and the Courtyard by Marriott in Norwich, CT.
