Aimbridge Hospitality Names Greg Moundas Executive VP - General Counsel
DALLAS, TEXAS- October 1, 2013 - Aimbridge Hospitality, one of the nation's leading independent hotel and real estate investment and management firms, announced today that Greg Moundas has been named Executive Vice President - General Counsel.
In his new position, Mr. Moundas will be responsible for all day-to-day legal matters, including property acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, partnerships, and franchise agreements for Aimbridge's growing portfolio of more than 180 hotel properties in the U.S. and Caribbean.

In addition to working with Aimbridge as outside counsel, Moundas had served as General Counsel for Eagle Hospitality Properties Trust, Inc., a real estate investment trust. He spent more than five years as General Counsel and Senior Vice President for JF Capital Advisors, LLC, a hospitality investment and advisory firm, where he handled property acquisitions and developments. He also was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Wyndham International, Inc., one of the world's largest hotel companies. He started his career as an associate with the law firms of Proskauer Rose LLP and Cahill Gordon & Reindell, LLP, both in New York, New York.
Mr. Moundas holds a bachelor's degree from Fordham University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York and Texas.
