RobertDouglas announced today that it represented, as exclusive advisor, Flynn Properties in arranging a $54 million refinancing of a 6-hotel Courtyard by Marriott portfolio.

The institutional-quality 6-hotel, 889-key, Marriott Managed, Courtyard by Marriott Portfolio includes the144-key Courtyard Fairfax Fair Oaks, 146-key Courtyard Baltimore Hunt Valley, 150-key Courtyard New Carrollton Landover, 158- key Courtyard Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting, 145-key Courtyard San Antonio Airport, and 146-key Courtyard San Antonio Medical Center.
