HEI Assumes Management of Claremont Resort & Club in Berkeley, California
HEI Hotels & Resorts, one of the nation's leading operators of institutionally owned hotels, has added Claremont Resort & Club in in Berkeley, California to its growing portfolio of luxury, upper-upscale and upscale independent and branded hotels and resorts throughout the United States; a portfolio which now numbers 103 properties. HEI Hotels & Resorts was hired as the operator of the resort by Ohana Real Estate Investors, a vertically integrated private real estate investment company based in Austin, Texas.
Situated on 22 acres in the Berkeley and Oakland Hills, Claremont Resort & Club houses 276 guestrooms, inclusive of 35 suites and has 21,000 square feet of meeting space. Seamlessly blending its rich history with the modern day, the resort provides striking views of the San Francisco Bay.
