Hospitality Project Management Firm H-CPM Names Justin Chace as Project Executive
H-CPM, an award-winning national hospitality-focused project management and consulting firm, today announced that construction industry veteran Justin Chace has joined the company to serve as Project Executive. H-CPM Principal Stephen Siegel made the announcement.
In this role, Chace will be responsible for overseeing the overall planning, coordination, and execution of complex construction projects from inception through completion. His role involves managing project budgets, schedules, internal and external teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects within specified timelines and budgets working closely with all stakeholders and clients to exceed their expectations.
Chace has more than 20 years progressive experience in construction project management, design management, development management and entitlement processes. This includes responsibility for overall design, construction, and capital expenditures on diversified portfolios of office complexes, hospitality assets, mixed-use and multifamily properties, with aggregate values exceeding $750 million.
Prior to joining H-CPM, Chace served as a Director for BGP Impact Real Estate / GreenRise Building Company. Chace has also served as Vice President, Design and Construction for Roch Capital; and Senior Director, Design and Construction for Hersha Hospitality Management. He also has public sector experience, as Architect and Construction Manager for the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority. He is a graduate architect from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
