As chief managing officer, Mr. Matthews is overseeing a business reorganization for EI's India operations. "We are working on getting more engaged with customers and enhancing brand awareness, working not only with the hospitality institutes and the industry, but expanding to other allied service-based industries where our programs are relevant," he explained.
