Kenneth Widmaier Named Chief Operating Officer at Sage Hospitality

June 6, 2013 - Sage Hospitality, one of the leading hotel investment and management companies in the U.S., is pleased to announce that it has named Kenneth Widmaier as Chief Operating Officer of Hotels.

Widmaier joins Sage from Destination Hotels & Resorts, where he most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Operations overseeing a portfolio of 12 hotels with more than $300 million in annual revenue. He spent more than 20 years with Destination Hotels, working with major hospitality brands and independent hotels, as well as the investor community.

Prior to Destination Hotels, Widmaier spent 15 years in management at Marriott Hotels & Resorts, where he honed his operational expertise in a variety of locations, including Pittsburgh, Boston and Los Angeles. He is a graduate of Florida International University and also holds a Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University.
