Home2 Suites/ Hampton Inn by Hilton Austin East Side, part of Hilton's (NYSE: HLT) award-winning portfolio of brands, is pleased to announce with Floridays Development Company, the opening of its brand new dual hotel. This is the first Home2 Suites / Hampton Inn by Hilton dual-brand property to open in the area and the first for Floridays Development Company's portfolio, in Austin.

The Home2 Suites / Hampton Inn by Hilton Austin East officially opened earlier this month at 2300 E 5th St., Austin, TX. The property is in Austin's newest neighborhood, East Austin, less than two miles from the University of Texas, Downtown Austin, and the Texas State Capitol. The 5-story, 276-room dual brand hotel was built by Harrison Construction, developed and owned by Floridays Development Company and managed by Vista Host.

The multi-brand concept offers larger suites with living areas and full in-suite kitchens, a signature of the Home2 Suites brand, providing added flexibility for longer stays. Guests at the Hampton Inn can enjoy standard amenities such as mini-fridges, flat-screen TVs, and cozy beds in all guest rooms. Catering to both business and leisure travelers, the hotel features a mix of unique offerings tailored to the needs of its diverse guests, including a communal lobby and dining area.

Shared amenities include a 24-hour fitness center with a Peloton bike, inviting communal spaces, and trademark Home2 Suites & Hampton Inn amenities such as our Suite Shop convenience store and guest laundry. Furthermore, guests can indulge in a complimentary full hot breakfast daily, featuring an assortment of fresh breakfast items. The property also boasts 420 square feet of flexible meeting space for various events and gatherings. Moreover, the hotel offers an outdoor courtyard and pool area with cabanas, providing guests with a relaxing retreat during their stay.
