With a focus on unique flavors, texture and form, each chocolate is hand poured or hand shaped and painted with delicate artistry in the cottage's open display kitchen. Led by seasoned French chocolatier Cedric Rivière - who perfected his craft in the kitchens of Hotel du Cap Eden Roc and Bastide de Gordes - an expert team works with the finest ingredients and materials sourced from eco-certified artisans and farmers such as raw chocolate from France and Switzerland, organic dried fruits from the Mediterranean, and rich Irish dairy. Visitors will enjoy delectable bonbons, fingers, spreads, and dragées in over 50 different flavors, ranging from Sunflower Praline & Sea Salt to Pine Kernel Praline, and Strawberry & Mint to Irish Cream Liqueur, as well as seasonally rotating confectionery made for celebrations, special occasions, and holidays.
