In his new role, Ryan will spearhead overall revenue generation strategies for Extreme Hospitality's portfolio of hotels and hospitality assets, driving top-line growth and optimizing the commercial success of the properties under the company's management.

With 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ryan brings a wealth of expertise and proven leadership to Extreme Hospitality. His professional career spans numerous senior roles, including Executive Vice President of Commercial Strategy, Senior Vice President of Sales and Revenue Strategy, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He has also held positions as Regional Director of Sales, Director of Sales and Marketing, Senior Sales Manager, and General Manager, showcasing his extensive knowledge across every facet of hotel operations and commercial strategy.

His philanthropic efforts have earned him notable recognition, including being named to the Northeastern Pennsylvania Business Journal's Top 20 Under 40 list and receiving the Child Advocate of the Year Award from the Children's Advocacy Center of NEPA. Ryan also serves on several boards and councils, including the Rolling Stone Culture Council.
