Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas Opens Doors as Destination's Newest Adults-Only, All-Inclusive Resort

PARADISE ISLAND, BS. November 3, 2016 - Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas welcomed its first guests today with a soft opening of the four-star deluxe resort. War wick Hotels and Resorts (WHR) invested US$40 million to create the premier adults-only, all-inclusive hotel set along Nassau Harbour with views of Nassau and Paradise Island.
The resort features 250 rooms on 12 floors, four dining options, two bars, a fully equipped fitness centre, entertainment and activities, an onsite gift shop and a tour desk offering sightseeing options to the destination's attractions.

All-inclusive rates feature all meals and snacks; alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; standard Wi-Fi internet access from the "beach to the bedroom;" use of the fully-equipped fitness centre; daily activities, including bocce, beach volleyball, basketball, tennis, horseshoes and use of bicycles; nightly entertainment; as well as gratuities, taxes, surcharges and 7.5% Value Added Tax (VAT).
Deluxe Day Pass
Travellers coming to Paradise Island on a cruise or arriving on their own boat can experience Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas by purchasing a Deluxe Day Pass. Priced at US$90 plus 7.5% VAT per adult, per day, the Deluxe Day Pass provides access to the resort from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and includes breakfast and lunch served in The Verandah and at Chickcharnies Pizzeria & Grill, unlimited beverages at the poolside Hog Bar (including beer, wine, liquor and tropical drinks), use of the resort's facilities, beach towel service and chaise lounge chairs poolside or on the beach.

Resort Facilities
A signature feature of the resort is the 10,000 sq. ft. Warwick Sea Terrace overlooking the harbour marinas complemented by an outdoor steak and seafood restaurant (opening late fall 2016), which will be open to the public and is available at a surcharge to in-house guests. The Sea Terrace has an arrivals' dock and an expansive boardwalk featuring a unique waterside wedding belvedere offering a picture-perfect backdrop for destination weddings.
The resort will feature Amber Spa, an onsite, full-service spa and salon to open in late fall 2016 with services available for an additional charge.
Accommodations
All accommodations have been completely transformed with larger windows, clean lines and geared to the international traveller with multiple power ports and USB inputs bedside. The resort offers five room categories including Island View, Water View, Harbour Deluxe Balcony, Harbour Premium Balcony and Harbourfront One-Bedroom Suite.
All rooms feature individually controlled air-conditioning, mini-refrigerator, flat-screen television with cable, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, electronic safe, clock radio, direct dial telephone with voicemail and complimentary standard Wi-Fi.
Island View Rooms are located on floors two to seven, highlighted by views of Paradise Island and feature a layout with nearly 300 sq. ft. of space and either a king bed or two double beds.
Water View Rooms provide impressive views of Nassau Harbour and Paradise Island, nearly 300 sq. ft. of space and either a king bed or two double beds. These rooms are situated on floors 8 through 12.
Harbour Deluxe Balcony Rooms are located on floors 2 through 12 and offer a balcony with seating for two people overlooking Nassau Harbour and the resort's private beach. Each room features more than 300 sq. ft. of space, either a king bed or two double beds, complimentary premium Wi-Fi, iHome devices, and Keurig coffee maker.
Harbour Premium Balcony Rooms feature over 325 sq. ft. of space, a balcony with seating for two people overlooking Nassau Harbour and the resort's private beach, one king bed and futon sofa. Located on floors 2 through 12, these ultra-spacious rooms include complimentary premium Wi-Fi, iHome devices, and Keurig coffee maker.
Guests can spread out in comfort in one of the resort's three Harbourfront One-Bedroom Suites located on the 11th and 12th floors. Each suite boasts 650 sq. ft. and combines a Harbour Deluxe Balcony Room with a separate living area. The suites include two balconies with seating for two people each, upgraded spacious bathroom with tub and shower, picturesque views of Nassau Harbour, one king bed, a full-size sofabed in the living room, complimentary premium Wi-Fi, iHome devices, and Keurig coffee maker.
With the resort set along the harbour, new floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors were installed in the Harbour Deluxe Balcony Rooms, Harbour Premium Balcony Rooms and Harbourfront One-Bedroom Suites to allow natural light to flow into the rooms.
