CHICAGO - May 1, 2014) - Kokua Hospitality, LLC, a hotel management firm based in Chicago, today announced a partnership with Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc., the nation's largest lodging real estate investment trust. Kokua Hospitality will manage Host Hotels & Resorts' newly acquired property, The Powell Hotel in San Francisco. Kokua Hospitality also manages this world class owner's highly successful Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach.
