DoubleTree by Hilton Veracruz, Mexico to Open by Q2 2015, Through Renovation & Conversion

MCLEAN, VA - February 26, 2014 - Hilton Worldwide announced today that it has signed a management agreement with Inmobiliaria Cidras SA de CV for a 227-room DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Veracruz, Mexico. Upon completion of extensive renovations, the Novomar Hotel is expected to reopen as DoubleTree by Hilton Veracruz during the first half of 2015.

Offering stunning views of the port city, the ocean-front hotel will boast beautifully-updated guest rooms and suites featuring the Sweet Dreams® by DoubleTree Sleep Experience beds, refreshing Crabtree & Evelyn Citron® bath and body products, 37-inch HDTV flat screen televisions, in-room tea and coffee offerings, spacious work desks with data ports, MP3-compatible clock radios, and wireless internet access.

For guests who wish to keep up with their workout program while staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Veracruz, a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness facility will be outfitted with the latest in weight training and cardio equipment by Precor, along with an outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool.

DoubleTree by Hilton Veracruz will offer one restaurant and two bars, as well as 10 meeting rooms in 27,700 square feet available for events, conferences and social gatherings. A complimentary 24-hour business center will also be available.
