RobertDouglas secured roughly $38,000,0000 of short-term, fixed-rate financing at highly attractive pricing from an institutional, balance sheet lender.

Developed by Chartwell Hospitality in 2018, the 244-key, 7-story hotel is built to a quality that far exceeds the Hilton brand standard - a Chartwell development trademark. The Hotel features an expansive lobby with floor-to-ceiling windows and is the premier Hotel in the highly affluent Cool Springs Business District. The Hotel is only 12 minutes from downtown Franklin, 21 minutes from downtown Nashville, and 30 minutes from Nashville International Airport (BNA).
