Bringing more than ten years of valuable industry experience, Quinlan will oversee all marketing strategies and sales initiatives to positively impact hotel revenues and profits.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro, Quinlan embarked on his hospitality career in the northeast, holding management positions with Hilton Hotels. Quinlan's passion for the industry relocated him to Florida, where he furthered his expertise at The Shores Resort & Spa in Daytona Beach Shores, as well as Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront and Casa Monica Hotel in St. Augustine. Prior to joining the One Ocean team, Quinlan was the director of sales at Omphoy Ocean Resort & Spa in Palm Beach where he significantly increased in-state business.
