February 7, 2014 - As area manager, Perez oversees five-star resorts Sanctuary Cap Cana, Alsol Luxury Village and Alsol Del Mar, located in the Dominican Republic, and will oversee the additional properties scheduled to debut in Cap Cana and Mexico in 2014.

Perez's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing business initiatives for the growth of Alsol Hotels & Resorts, building and maintaining deep-rooted customer relationships and maintaining the resorts' level of excellence. Perez will continue to handle day-to-day hotel operations, revenue management, sales and marketing of the properties, and achieving optimal guest and employee satisfaction.

Perez comes to Alsol with more than 30 years of hospitality experience. He previously served as general manager at Be Live Hotels in Cabeza de Toro, Dominican Republic, successfully lead the opening of Casa del Mar Beach Resort with Amhsa Hotels, and acted as regional corporate director of Sandals Resorts Eastern Caribbean properties.

Alsol Hotels & Resorts' newest properties, Alsol Luxury Village and Alsol Del Mar, increased the company's portfolio to 850 rooms when they were added in 2013. Under Perez's management, Alsol Luxury Village will expand its exclusive amenities with the addition of a private beach club, sandy beach and recreational area on the property. The new beach will offer sand and sea with a sexy, bohemian-chic ambiance reminiscent of Southern California and South Beach.
