“We are so proud to have Jim joining our ALHI team,” said Gabri. “We've experienced significant growth over the years and know this as the ideal time to strategically expand our executive leadership team, including the addition of a president, simultaneously as we made other divisional organizational adjustments internally to prepare for our future. Jim is the ideal executive for the job, as he has tremendous and extensive experience leading Ritz-Carlton and Omni sales systems before moving to the independent organizations of Ian Schrager and KG. He is highly respected, with matching strong core values and character, a passion to serve clients, and possesses exceptional hotel and resort sales and marketing management expertise. Jim will be a wonderful addition, and an impactful leader to our team, with a proven entrepreneurial spirit, to help meet the demands, expectations, and needs of our Membership and the Accounts we are privileged to serve.”

Gabri added, “With Jim assuming day-to-day operation responsibilities it will provide to me more time and opportunity to focus on the 'big picture' for ALHI, our Members, and Accounts we serve; as we continue to build ALHI's future. It is an exciting time for all of us at ALHI, and I really look forward to working closely with Jim to lead our incredible ALHI team in serving our valued customers and Members.”
