May 15, 2013 - Denver's Sage Hospitality, one of the nation's top hotel management companies, has named Brandon Hendricks as the Area Director of Sales & Marketing overseeing Denver's Oxford Hotel and the new Union Station hotel scheduled to open July 2014.

Hendricks has been at Sage's Westin Westminster since 2009, originally serving as the Director of Sales & Marketing before being promoted to Area Director of Sales & Marketing overseeing The Westin Westminster, Hotel Ivy in Minneapolis and Il Lugano in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Prior to joining Sage, Hendricks served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at the St. Regis Houston. A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, he also previously served as the Assistant Director of Convention Sales at the Bellagio in Las Vegas and held several senior sales executive positions with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, including the Hyatt Regency Lake Las Vegas and the Grand Hyatt Atlanta.

Located in the heart of Denver's LoDo district, the luxurious 80-room Oxford Hotel was featured as one of the “World's Best Places to Stay” on the 2013 Conde Nast Traveler Gold List. The historic boutique property recently completed a $1.5 million renovation of its 10,000 square feet of meeting space, as well updates to its restaurant and popular Cruise Room martini bar.

“This is a very exciting time for Sage and The Oxford and we are thrilled to have Brandon steering our sales team,” said Oxford General Manager Afsi Bird. “His extensive luxury background and strong leadership skills will be extremely beneficial in continuing The Oxford's strong presence as a unique downtown Denver property.”
