ARAMARK Harrison Lodging Announces Promotions and Appointments in Mid-Atlantic Region
PHILADELPHIA - July 25, 2005 - ARAMARK Harrison Lodging (AHL) is pleased to announce organizational changes for several key management team members in the Baltimore and Washington D.C. area.
Robb Strommen has been promoted to general manager of the Mount Washington Conference Center in Baltimore, Md. Prior to his promotion, Strommen served as director of operations for AHL at the Carolina Inn in Chapel Hill, N.C. Previously he held a variety of positions at The American Club, a Five Diamond resort in Kohler, Wis., The Wynfrey Hotel in Birmingham, Ala., and Hyatt hotels in Atlanta and Dallas.
With more than 17 years experience in the conference center industry, Rick Mathews joins AHL as the general manager of the National Labor College in Silver Springs, Md., previously known as the George Meaney Center. Prior to his current post, Mathews served as general manager of Conference and Training Centers for Fleet Bank.
Kiva Bartlett has been promoted to human resources manager of the National Conference Center in Lansdowne, Va. Bartlett has been a valuable member of the AHL team since September 2003 when she joined ARAMARK as a human resources representative.
