106 Jefferson Hotel Appoints Laura Morgan as New Director of Sales and Marketing
Laura Morgan Will Spearhead the Sales and Marketing Efforts at Huntsville’s Luxury Boutique Hotel
106 Jefferson, a Curio Collection hotel by Hilton, managed by Valor Hospitality Partners announced the appointment of Laura Morgan as director of sales and marketing. The 115-room lifestyle hotel in downtown Huntsville pays homage to the history, culture and charm of the city, featuring design nods to its space roots.
Morgan brings over 25 years of hospitality experience to the property. As Director of Sales and Marketing, she will work with all departments at the hotel to plan and promote 106 Jefferson in the local community and nationally to potential guests. She'll also manage an award-winning sales team with a primary focus on revenue generation. Prior to joining the 106 Jefferson team, Morgan served as the director of sales at various hotels in Alabama, including Homewood Suites, Embassy Suites and Courtyard by Marriott Hoover. After spending over a decade in Birmingham, she's thrilled to be a part of the Huntsville community again.
"106 Jefferson is such a unique, community-centric property that truly exemplifies Southern hospitality," said Morgan. "I'm passionate about bringing people together and am grateful for the opportunity to work in an industry where I can do that every day. I look forward to utilizing my experience to grow 106 Jefferson's impact even more."
"We're thrilled to welcome Laura to the 106 Jefferson team," said Jeremy Sadler, general manager of 106 Jefferson. "She brings a wealth of knowledge to the property, and we're excited to see how she will continue to elevate the guest experience and spread the word about the hotel far and wide."
106 Jefferson is located in the heart of downtown Huntsville, just steps away from various shopping, dining, arts, museums, parks, and nearby historical attractions. Guests can dine at the onsite restaurant, Revivalist, or enjoy a craft cocktail at the rooftop bar, Baker & Able, aptly named after the first two monkeys who traveled to space.
