Red Lion Hotels Sells Kennewick, WA & Twin Falls, ID Properties
Signs Franchise Agreements for Both Properties
SPOKANE, WA - June 10, 2014 - Red Lion Hotels Corporation (NYSE: RLH) announced the company has sold its properties in Kennewick, Wash., and Twin Falls, Id., to new owners who each signed franchise agreements with property improvement plans.

The Red Lion Hotel Columbia Center, 1101 N. Columbia Center in Kennewick, was sold on May 28, 2014. As part of the agreement, the new franchise owner is keeping the name and will improve the landscaping and parking lot of the exterior and update the guest rooms at the property. The hotel has 162 guest rooms and suites with nearly 10,000 square feet of meeting space, an outdoor pool, free Wi]Fi and Louiefs Lounge, open nightly for dinner, sports and entertainment. Adjacent to the Columbia Center Mall, the property is three blocks from the Three Rivers Convention Center and Toyota Center.
Additionally, the Red Lion Hotel Canyon Springs, located at 1357 Blue Lakes Blvd in Twin Falls, was sold June 6, 2014, to another new franchise owner. The property will remain a Red Lion and the new owner will immediately invest in the overall curbside appeal of the hotel in addition to upgrading the guest rooms. With 112 guest rooms and an outdoor pool, the hotel has nearly 5,000 square feet of meeting space, Diamondfieldfs Lounge, and Moxie Javafs, a coffee and pastry bar. Just one major block from the beautiful Snake River Canyon, the hotel is less than half a mile from the internationally renowned Perrine Bridge, the only structure in the country from which it is legal to B.A.S.E. jump year]round.
