Resort Appoints Frances Archilla as Director of Food & Beverage and Ana Parga as Executive Chef

May 19, 2014 - El San Juan Resort & Casino, A Hilton Hotel names Frances Archilla as Director of Food & Beverage and Ana Parga as Executive Chef, effective immediately. Together, Archilla and Parga head the iconic resort's banquet and catering services as well as its 10 dining outlets.

Frances Archilla has over 18 years of experience in hospitality. Most recently, she acted as Resort & Spa Manager of Caribe Hilton, the city's largest hotel. During this time, she was in charge of over 40 team members, a full-service spa, and nine restaurants and lounges.

Chef Ana Parga also joins El San Juan Resort & Casino from Caribe Hilton, where she has been a chef for 14 years. In her most recent position as Banquet Chef, she oversaw all aspects of the hotel's high volume banquet operation; up-scale social, corporate and group events with 65,000 square feet of meeting space; breakfast restaurant; pool bar; bar lounge; and three meal room service outlets.

For over 25 years, El San Juan Resort & Casino has reigned supreme as one of the foremost hotspots and entertainment venues in Puerto Rico.
