Director of Sales & Marketing. Carlos is in-charge of all planning and preparation of the Sales and
Marketing campaigns as well as the Sales Strategy and annual budget that will enable to revenue growth.
With a wealth experience of over 30 years in the hospitality industry, Carlos brings with his strong

understanding of global market along with an immense knowledge of Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management and even hotel operations. Throughout his hospitality career, Carlos took up a number of roles in the industry especially in chain hotel companies include Marriot, Hyatt and the Ritz-Carlton etc. Carlos has worked for Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel as prior to joining Dorsett Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong.
