Carolina Voullieme brings over ten years of sales and marketing experience to Aruba Marriott

PALM BEACH, ARUBA - May 14, 2014 - Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino is proud to announce the appointment of Carolina Voullieme as its director of sales and marketing. Voullieme brings over ten years of international sales and marketing experience to Aruba Marriott.

Voullieme comes to Aruba Marriott after two years as director of sales and marketing at The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago in Chile where she exceeded budgeted revenues by 12% year over year.

Having previously worked as director of sales and marketing at Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort in the Cayman Islands and prior to that, the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Voullieme has experience in multiple languages and possesses an array of cultural sales techniques.

In her new role at Aruba Marriott, Voullieme will be responsible for all hotel sales, marketing and revenue strategies, leading staff marketing and communications activities, and maximizing revenue generation for the property.

Voullieme's educational background includes the Hotel Administration School, INACAP in Chile, as well as the completion of several Marriott Training courses.
