Windsor Management Services Assembles New Leadership

Positions Company for Future Growth and Renewed Focus on Service

SANTA MONICA, CA - April 25, 2014 - Windsor Management Services, a premier hotel management company that owns and operates full-service, focused, upscale branded hotels throughout the U.S., recently assembled a new leadership team to position and empower the company for future growth and a renewed focus on customer service. The hotel management company will be led by Paul Francisco, Chief Operating Officer, Gina Estey, Vice President of Revenue Growth Services and Training, Ron Taylor, Vice President of Sales and Herman Turk, Vice President of Operations.

Windsor Management Services also expanded its leadership team, creating new positions that include Monica Bonifazi, Corporate Director of Revenue Management; Jose Benavides, Corporate Facilities Director and Beth Francisco, Corporate Analyst. Windsor Management Services is a subsidiary of Windsor Capital Group.

As Chief Operating Officer, Paul Francisco oversees the company's day-to-day business in Operations, Sales, E-Commerce and Marketing, Revenue Management and Asset Protection and Management. In addition to providing vision and clear direction to the property management team, he also consults with potential owners interested in leveraging best-in-class hotel management services. Francisco joined Windsor in 2012 and brings 33 years of extensive hospitality experience in public, private and institutional conference and convention centers, golf courses, spas and marinas.

As Vice President of Revenue Growth Services and Training, Gina Estey oversees all areas of revenue growth and is responsible for training in addition to the development of training programs for Sales, Revenue Management, E-Commerce, Marketing and Operations initiatives. She also assists the COO in all areas of monitoring and growing revenue for the company, which includes working closely with brand representatives, vendor partners and the property team. She is responsible for marketing, public relations and managing the relationship of e-commerce partner and initiatives. In addition she has oversight of the Sales Automation Systems and property-level corporate reporting process, and is part of the task force team that assists with the transition of new properties joining the management company. Estey was instrumental in assisting in the development of the company's robust revenue management discipline and has overseen the discipline since 1994.

As Vice President of Sales, Ron Taylor is directly involved in growing the Windsor Management Services third-party contracts and is an instrumental part of the team that consults with potential owners interested in utilizing the company's hotel management services. He also oversees the Windsor portfolio of hotels, which includes Embassy Suites, Renaissance, Marriott, and Courtyard by Marriott brands. His primary focus areas include revenue maximization, providing direction and leadership for property level sales and catering personnel and managing RFP solicitation relationships with brand and national account representatives. He monitors and evaluates on-site sales and catering action plans, and overall sales and catering deployment and strategies.

As Vice President of Operations, Herman Turk oversees the Windsor portfolio of hotels which includes hotels Embassy Suites, Renaissance, Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott brands. His areas of focus include revenue maximization, hotel profitability, brand standard compliance as well as guest and associate satisfaction; and he participates on the task force team that assists with the transition of new properties joining the management company. Turk has 33 years of experience in the Hospitality and Tourism industry. He has earned in multiple years, prestigious general manager of the year honors from Marriott. He recently served on the board of directors for the Buncombe County Tourism Development Authority and the Pack Square Conservancy.

As Corporate Director of Revenue Management, a new position at Windsor Management Services, Monica Bonifazi is responsible for providing oversight for the Windsor portfolio of owned and managed hotels and primarily focusing on revenue maximization, providing direction and leadership for property level revenue teams and supplying critical analysis of all revenue management strategies. She is also a member of the task force team that assists with the transition of new properties joining the management company. Bonifazi joined Windsor in 2003 as a Front Desk Agent at the Embassy Suites Temecula and quickly progressed through the organization to positions with greater responsibility, including property level Revenue Manager. Monica has excelled in all brand training and graduated from the arduous Hilton Revenue Management University. She won the prestigious brand award, "Embassy Suites Revenue Manager of the Year" in 2007. Monica earned the distinguished HSMAI certification, Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) in 2011. 

As the Corporate Facilities Director, another new position at Windsor Management Services, Jose Benavides manages property inspections, reviewing and enforcing the Windsor Management Services' preventative maintenance programs, standardizing onsite day-to-day maintenance procedures, franchise standards, Hilton LightStay Program, and Marriott Carbon Footprint Program. He maximizes hotel operating profits by working closely with local utilities companies regarding rate plans, energy conservation incentives and green initiatives in addition to national account pricing and maintenance contracts. Benavides joined Windsor Capital Group in December 2012 and has more than 25 years in facilities maintenance systems experience.

Windsor Management Services named Beth Francisco as Corporate Analyst, a new position overseeing the company's profits, net sales and expenses through budget reports and analysis, weekly and annual forecast accuracy reports, internal audit report tracking in additional to many other financial analytics reporting and monitoring.
