Winegardner & Hammons Promotes Mike Conway to President & Kent Bruggeman to Executive VP

Cincinnati, OH - January 6, 2014 - Chairman of the Board and CEO J. Erik Kamfjord is announcing changes in company leadership and responsibilities effective immediately.

Mike Conway has been promoted to WHI's president. Conway is a 39 year veteran of the company and has served in various leadership positions, most recently as senior vice president business development. Conway, in his new responsibilities as President, will continue to lead the company's growth and development efforts.

Kent Bruggeman has been promoted to executive vice president. Bruggeman is a 23 year veteran of the company and has also served in various leadership positions, most recently as senior vice president operations/human resources. Bruggeman will oversee finance, operations, human resources, construction and product management.
