Michel Volk Named GM for Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora

He makes the move to French Polynesia from Four Seasons Hotel Boston, where he most recently served as Hotel Manager.

November, 25 2013 - Volk, a 20-year industry veteran, has worked in management positions around the world, including the past 17 years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. He makes the move to French Polynesia from Four Seasons Hotel Boston, where he most recently served as Hotel Manager.

His career with Four Seasons began at Four Seasons Hotel London as a front desk receptionist.

Volk completed seven internships throughout his schooling, and is a graduate of the Lycee Technique Hotelier Alexis Heck in Diekirch, Luxembourg and École hotelière de Lausanne in Switzerland. A native of Luxembourg City, he speaks English, French, German, Luxembourgish and some Portuguese. Husband to Gisleine and father to Paul-Rubens and Peter, he enjoys travel, safari and soccer.
