IHG Vietnam Appoints Area Director of HR

October 31, 2013 - InterContinental Hanoi Westlake is pleased to announce that our Human Resources Director, Ms. Huynh My Linh, has been promoted to Area Director of Human Resources Vietnam for IHG.

With more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, Ms. My Linh has an extensive background in both human resources management and hotel management. She previously worked for Accor and joined the IHG family in 2011 as Director of Human Resources at InterContinental Hanoi Westlake. Since then, she has progressed into one of our key contributors to the ever important Vietnamese emerging market with her support to the pre-opening of InterContinental Landmark 72 and InterContinental Nha Tarng. Her performance over the past years has been influential for InterContinental Hanoi Westlake's excellent record of human resource management, talent development and many other areas.

In her new role, she will continue as Director of Human Resources at InterContiental Hanoi Westlake with the additional area responsibilities in supporting other IHG properties in Vietnam, namely InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula, InterContinental Nha Trang, InterContinental Asiana Saigon, Crowne Plaza Danang and Crowne Plaza West Hanoi. She will focus on building a strong teamwork amongst HR leaders in all IHG properties in Vietnam while strengthening the brand, executing the brand strategy and creating a talent pipeline of hospitality professionals.
