Wyndham Hotels and Resorts Enters Agreement for Two Hotels in Turkey

The 219-room Wyndham Izmir Özdilek Opens with the Wyndham Istanbul Levent to Follow in 2014

IZMIR, Turkey - August 6, 2013 - Wyndham Hotel Group, the world's largest hotel company with approximately 7,410 hotels and part of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN), today announced the addition of two new Wyndham Hotels and Resorts® properties in Turkey through franchise agreements with Özdilek Otel Turizm Isletmeciligi Ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi, a company belonging to the Özdilek Holding group.

Opened this week, the five-star, 219-room Wyndham Izmir Özdilek is the first Wyndham hotel in the country to open outside of Istanbul. With beautifully appointed public areas, thoughtfully detailed guestrooms and distinct dining options, the 20-storey hotel overlooks the tranquil Izmir Bay, within close proximity to the airport.

Simultaneously, Özdilek Otel Turizm Isletmeciligi Ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi signed an agreement for the Wyndham Istanbul Levent, which is already under construction. It will become the country's fourth Wyndham when it opens its doors in 2014. Both hotels will join the Wyndham Istanbul Kalamis Marina which opened last December and Wyndham Istanbul Petek which opened earlier this summer.

These agreements bolster the brand's aggressive global expansion, following the openings of 12 hotels in Europe and the Middle East under the company's namesake brand just this year. In March, one Wyndham Grand, three Wyndham and seven Wyndham Garden hotels were opened through a strategic partnership with Grand City Hotels in Germany. The company also announced the signing of the first Wyndham hotel in Dubai in May, adding to the brand's development pipeline in cities including Manama, Riyadh, Frankfurt and Munich.

The five-star Wyndham Izmir Özdilek features Izmir's only fine dining restaurant, Manzara, along with six other food and beverage outlets ranging from all-day dining in the Brasserie Restaurant to the chic Lomboz Bar on the twentieth floor. Guests can experience a unique blend of business and leisure facilities including 10 meeting and banquet halls accommodating up to 400 delegates as well as an extensive spa and wellness centre. In addition to separate outdoor and indoor pools for children and adults, the 2,200-square-metre Agamemnon Thermal Spa offers a fitness centre and exercise classes, thermal pool and whirlpool, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room and 20 treatment rooms.

Guest rooms feature LCD televisions with satellite channels and high-speed internet in addition to luxurious beds complete with goose down duvets. Club Rooms, Junior Suites and Senior Suites include whirlpool baths, complimentary turndown service and access to the Club Lounge which offers an array of drinks and snacks throughout the day. The Presidential Suite rounds off the accommodation options with the ultimate in luxury, complete with master bedroom with oversized whirlpool, dressing room and living area with widescreen interactive television in addition to a library, office, dining room, kitchen, guest bedroom and second bathroom.
