DSA Management Purchases Two Properties

Properties located in Manhattan's East Village and Brooklyn's Boerum Hill

New York, NY - July 16, 2013 - DSA Management Co. Inc., a New York-based real estate property management company, announced today that it has purchased two buildings located in Manhattan and Brooklyn with a combined total of $6.25M. The properties are located at 228 East 10th Street in the East Village of Manhattan and 368 Baltic Street in the Boerum Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn.

228 East 10th Street is a mixed-use building located between 1st and 2nd Avenue and is comprised of nine residential rental units and one commercial unit. The five-story, 8,400 square foot property was purchased on May 28, 2013 for $4.4M. It has a 100% occupancy rate.

368 Baltic Street is an eight-unit residential rental building located in the Boerum Hill area of Brooklyn between Smith Street and Hoyt Street. The four-story, 7,000 square foot property was purchased on May 28, 2013 for $1.85M. It has a 100% occupancy rate.
