Epic, a New Sports Restaurant Debuts at Northern Quest Resort & Casino

. June 24, 2013

June 24, 2013 - Northern Quest Resort & Casino is proud to introduce their newest dinning destination, EPIC. After a massive remodel project the former The Q sports bar will reopen this Friday as EPIC, a place for EPIC food, EPIC sports and EPIC fun.

The Q at Northern Quest Resort & Casino will reopen as EPIC, an exciting new restaurant highlighting EPIC sports icons. EPIC will feature a completely revamped menu with exciting and fresh new options overseen by Chef Michael Thornton. Michael brings his extensive experience as long time executive Chef at C.I. Shenanigans and Mirabeau Park Hotel to help create a truly EPIC experience. Guests can enjoy EPIC's take on traditional favorites such as Mac-N-Cheese, Crab Cakes and Carrot Cake. Or if guests want to step out of the ordinary, they can try the Kobe Sliders or the decidedly upscale Surf-N-Turf Burger.

EPIC features a new cozier layout with semi-private dining and comfortable furniture designed for guests to stay and relax in for a while. There are more TV's located throughout the restaurant and of course the 30x10 foot Giant HDTV screen overlooking the entire venue.

The new EPIC is more than “just” a place to catch the game on TV. The new Studio E will also open on June 21, 2013. The former SWX Sportscast booth is now a new nighttime hotspot featuring prominent radio DJs Hype and Mayhem of HOT 96.9 on weekends. Studio E is also available for private parties and events.

In support of Northern Quest's partnership with Boys and Girls Clubs of Spokane County and the Michael Roos Fish and Chip fundraiser, Michael Roos and Friends will be in on Friday night to help kick off the grand opening of EPIC and Studio E.
