IBEROSTAR Opens its First Five-star Property in Mallorca
May 20, 2013 - The IBEROSTAR Son Antem officially opened under IBEROSTAR management on May 1st after being acquired from the Marriott hotel group. While IBEROSTAR Hotels & Resorts operates 13 properties in Mallorca, the Hotel Son Antem marks the brand's first five-star resort on the island, further strengthening its position in the region.
The luxury property features 143 rooms and eight suites, two restaurants offering traditional and international cuisine, a lobby bar, pool with swim-up bar, and a complete spa with sauna, gym, and beauty salon. Guests can also enjoy on-site leisure activities that include tennis, volleyball and golf. The IBEROSTAR Son Antem is surrounded by two magnificent 18-hole golf courses that offer one of the most impressive golf academies in Spain.
