Red Lion Inn & Suites Kennewick Completes Conversion

April 3, 2013 - Red Lion Hotels Corporation (NYSE: RLH) announced the Red Lion Inn & Suites Kennewick in Washington has officially joined the system.

"As a newer construction hotel, this property is in great condition, so we were able to convert it quickly," said Ron Burgett, Executive Vice President of Lodging and Brand Development for Red Lion Hotels Corporation. "Red Lion has a strong presence in the Tri-Cities and this hotel is a great addition as our first limited service property in the market."

Built in 2010, the Red Lion Inn & Suites Kennewick has 61 well-appointed guest rooms with flat screen televisions and an indoor pool. The hotel offers the free hot Red Lion Roaring Start Breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi. Located at 602 North Young Street, the property is walking distance to Three Rivers Convention Center, Toyota Center and Tri-Cities Visitor & Convention Bureau, and just five miles from the Southridge Sports Complex.

Sandhu also owns the Red Lion Inn & Suites Kent, in Western Washington, which converted to the brand in February.
