RIVERSIDE, CA - March 15, 2013 — The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, a AAA Four Diamond property celebrating its 110th anniversary in 2013, is pleased to announce the addition of Chaya Donne to the team as director of sales & marketing. In her new role, Donne will be responsible for developing, implementing and leading sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives for all market segments of the historic hotel, which is a premier destination for Southern California meetings and events.

Prior to joining the historic Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, Donne served as director of sales & marketing for HEI Hotels and Resorts in San Diego, Calif. Her nearly two decades of hospitality industry experience also includes tenures with Omni Hotels, Remington Hotel Corp. and Marriott International.

Donne has been honored with several hospitality awards including 17 Outstanding Achievement Awards, nominated by guests and awarded by the vice chairman of Marriott International; a Convention Service/Event Management Customer Service Award for Marriott's Northeast Region; numerous Golden Circle Sales Achievement Awards; and an award from Omni Hotels & Resorts for Top RevPAR Increase Year Over Year.
