Sage Hospitality Adds Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa to Management Portfolio
Denver- based hotel management company announces partnership with Inland American Lodging Advisor, Inc.
March 5, 2013 - Sage Hospitality, one of the nation's leading hotel management companies, announced Monday that it has partnered with Inland American Lodging Advisor, Inc. in a management contract for the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa.
The inclusion of this Full Service hotel continues an aggressive growth strategy for Sage and brings the company's portfolio to 56 hotels nationwide.

Sage added close to 20 properties to its management portfolio in 2012, including the Embassy Suites Denver -Downtown/Convention Center, the SpringHill Suites Denver Downtown at Metropolitan State and 12 Marriott hotels in Ohio. The Napa Valley location will be the company's fourth location in California along with the Courtyard San Diego Downtown, Hilton San Diego/Del Mar and Homewood Suites by Hilton SFO Airport North.
The Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa offers 270 rooms with five suites, nearby to Napa's most popular wineries. The property has a newly renovated lobby area and a new restaurant, VINeleven, which serves American fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beautiful property offers 12,000 sq. ft. of meeting space including the Poolside Courtyard, which seats up to 525 people.
