Our fee structure differs from traditional hotel management companies, and consideration is made on the hotel's financial circumstances. A major portion of the fee structure is performance-based, structured around achievement of pre-set targets. The management fee is made up of three components - performance based management fee, a marketing fee and an incentive fee - geared on owner's returns and targets. We are not the largest hospitality management company, but we are the best at what we undertake and will not compromise in that pursuit. Success is achievable in any business environment.
