BridgeStreet Adds Seasoned GM to its New York Office

The Global Firm Welcomes Noel Hernandez as General Manager

HERNDON, VA - March 2, 2012 - BridgeStreet Residences, Serviced Apartments and Suites is pleased to announce and welcome Noel Hernandez to the team. Hernandez oversees the New York operations and will report directly to Brian Terry, vice president of the Northeast region.

With more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, Hernandez joins BridgeStreet most recently from LaSeven, Inc., a boutique real estate brokerage firm located in New York City. While at LaSeven, Inc., Hernandez served as managing director for the United States. Previous to this, Hernandez spent five years at Korman Communities, also in New York City. During his tenure at Korman, Hernandez held the titles of vice president of sales, regional operations manager and director of national accounts.

Hernandez was a vice president at Metro Homes. Prior, Hernandez spent 10 years with Oakwood Worldwide, where he held the position of senior district manager in New York City.

Hernandez holds a bachelor's degree from Fordham University and is an executive committee member of the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation.
