San Diego, CA - November 21, 2011 - To combat the damaging effects of cooler weather and the frenetic pace of the holiday season, the Blue Marble Spa, named one of Organic Spa magazine's “Top 10 Green Spas,” at Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa & Marina is offering a special Winter Journeys menu this December. The holiday-themed menu features a selection of nourishing and rejuvenating treatments designed to help guests look and feel their best all season long.

“While the holiday season may be considered the most wonderful time of the year, it can also be exhausting and stressful,” said Carl Velleno, director of spa, recreation and guest services. “Our Winter Journeys menu is designed to target areas that take the most abuse during the holidays such as the feet and skin, while also allowing guests to receive the rest and renewal they need.”

Guests who indulge in the Winter Journeys menu enjoy reduced pricing that reflects a nearly 20 percent discount on treatments. The menu includes:

Winter Remedy- $270
The Winter Remedy experience restores and repairs dull winter skin. This three-hour treatment includes a Moisture Drench Facial, Rehydrating Calendula Body Wrap and an Organic Foot Treatment.

Holiday Escape- $200
The Holiday Escape experience soothes tired muscles and leaves the body revitalized for the holidays. This two-hour journey includes an Organic Zen Massage with warm stones, Relaxing Scalp Treatment and a Pure Results Facial.

Mistletoe- $245 per couple
Couples can take time out from the holiday madness and enjoy quiet, restorative time together. The Mistletoe treatment includes a 75-minute Aromatherapy Couple's Massage. Tired feet get extra attention with a stimulating Sea Salt Scrub and Peppermint Tea Tree Massage.
