Prior to that, Marshall was the director of sales and marketing at The Inn at Lost Creek, a prestigious property also located in Telluride and recognized by Conde Nast Traveler as one of the “Top 100 Best Hotels in the World.”

Before joining the team at The Inn at Lost Creek, Marshall also held director of sales and marketing positions at Telluride Ski and Golf Company; The Resort at Squaw Creek, in Squaw Creek, CA.; Saddleridge at Beaver Creek, Colo.; The Lodge at Vail in Vail, Colo.; and Grand Butte Hotel in Crested Butte, Colo.

Over the past 25 years, Marshall has directed and overseen all aspects of marketing, restaurant, leisure and group sales, as well as created annual budgets, marketing plans, forecasting, yield management and strategic planning in order to achieve the highest average daily rates and occupancies in-market at some of the finest luxury resorts in North America.
