Cliff Brutus Named DoSM for Cap Juluca on Anguilla
British West Indies - April 25, 2011 - Anguilla, British West Indies, Cliff Brutus has been named director of sales and marketing for Cap Juluca - the award winning luxury resort on the pristine Caribbean island of Anguilla.
According to Cap Juluca's General Manager, Gary Thulander, Brutus will take charge of all sales and marketing programs for the highly acclaimed property. “We are thrilled to welcome Cliff to our team. Cliff brings with him a wealth of luxury sales and marketing experience and with his focus on the luxury Caribbean marketplace over the past five years, Cliff has developed invaluable relationships with many of our key industry partners. For the past five years, Brutus was the Area Director of Transient Sales for The Ritz-Carlton Hotels overseeing five Ritz-Carlton resorts located in the Caribbean & Mexico region. His properties won numerous awards for their marketing partnerships and production numbers under his direction.
Prior to his position with The Ritz-Carlton, Brutus was the Director of Sales & Marketing for Noble House Hotels & Resorts. Brutus gained a key understanding of the operations side of luxury resorts by starting his career as the Assistant Director of Rooms Division for Island Outpost. From the very beginning Brutus recognized the importance of attention to detail to ensure a memorable guest experience and that resonated with him as he worked his way through the ranks to Director of Sales for Island Outpost.
A native of New York, Brutus graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management.
