Millennium Hotels & Resorts announced the appointment of Arlin Foster as the new Executive Sous Chef and Food & Beverage Operations Manager at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in Times Square, New York City.

Chef Foster, specializing in Contemporary Cuisine, holds over twenty years of experience in food preparation and management for quality hotels and restaurants. Foster's extensive culinary background includes being the former Chef de Cuisine of the 8 the Floor Restaurant Complex at the New York Marriott Marquis. These restaurants include Encore / Broadway Restaurants and Atrium Lounge.
Foster's front of the House background is highlighted as Director of Restaurant Operations at the Park Ridge Marriott in Northern, New Jersey. Foster prides himself as a hands-on chef, having worked as Executive Chef for Starwood Hotels and as an Area Executive Chef for Bristol Hotel Group.
