Director of Owner Loyalty Named at Grand Pacific Resort Management

Mary Dieckmann to Assume New Position

May 25, 2010 - Grand Pacific Resort Management (GPRM), a privately owned timeshare vacation ownership management company located in Carlsbad, CA has announced that Mary Dieckmann, Regional Director of Operations has been appointed to the position of Director of Owner Loyalty. This newly created position will have oversight of all Grand Pacific Resorts Owner Support Services.

According to Nigel Lobo, Vice President of Operations, “Grand Pacific Resort Management is committed to enhancing timeshare knowledge and usage by our owners. We are acutely aware that “use equals happiness”. As Director of Owner Loyalty, Mary will implement several initiatives to better engage and educate our owners on timeshare use. The goal is to increase owner usage, get our owners on vacation, thereby resulting in higher levels of owner satisfaction and loyalty.”

Some of the specific initiatives GPRM will launch include more accessible and relevant Timeshare 101 Forums and Blogs; members-only website FAQs; and frequent, thoughtful communication throughout the year on topics relevant to assisting our owners plan and go on vacation.

Prior to this appointment, Mary, had operations oversight for Grand Pacific Resorts' Hilton Grand Vacations Club (HGVC) affiliate Grand Pacific MarBrisa Resort; she also oversaw Grand Pacific Resorts located in Lake Tahoe, Napa, and Indio. Mary Dieckmann joined Grand Pacific Resorts in 1992 as Resort General Manager at Coronado Beach Resort.
