Wyndham Announces Sales and Marketing Promotions
Wyndham Hotel Group today announced several promotions in its Sales and Marketing department
AUGUST 10, 2006. Margo Beckwith-Byrne has been promoted to senior vice president, hotel operations centers, responsible for overseeing Wyndham Hotel Group Operations Centers in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada; Aberdeen, S.D.; and Manila, the Philippines. Her responsibilities include the Customer Service, Group Sales, Distribution and TripRewards Member Support departments. She had served as vice president, hotel contact centers, since 2000.
Beckwith-Byrne began her career with the company, then Cendant Corporation, in 1995 as manager of a 60-person contact center that handled inbound customer calls for the Days Inn(R) and Ramada(R) brands. She was promoted to director in 1997 when Cendant Canada added Avis(R) and RCI(R) calls to the center. In 1999, she was named vice president of Cendant Canada.
Jill Noblett has been promoted to senior vice president, loyalty and direct marketing. She is responsible for the strategic development and management of the TripRewards loyalty program, customer loyalty initiatives, customer database, all direct-marketing programs, internal and external strategic marketing alliances and promotional initiatives across all brands.
She was promoted to vice president of loyalty and direct marketing in November 2001 after serving as vice president, loyalty marketing. She joined the company in October 1999 as corporate director of loyalty marketing.
Rosanne Zusman has been promoted to vice president of marketing, responsible for marketing the Super 8(R), Knights Inn(R), Travelodge(R) and Howard Johnson(R) brands.
She previously served as senior director of marketing for the Super 8 and Knights Inn brands and, from 2000 to 2001, corporate director of marketing for the Ramada brand. She began her Cendant career with its Century 21(R) brand, beginning as director of international franchise services in 1996 and becoming director of marketing for the East in 1997.
Keri Putera has been promoted to vice president of marketing, responsible for marketing the Ramada, Wingate Inn(R), Baymont(R) and AmeriHost Inn(R) brands.
She had served as senior director of marketing for the Ramada, Wingate Inn and AmeriHost Inn brands since January 2005. Keri began her Cendant career with the Howard Johnson brand in 1998 as marketing coordinator and was named director of marketing in 2000 and senior director of marketing in 2003.
All report to Jean Thomas, Wyndham Hotel Group executive vice president and chief marketing officer.
