Thai Travel Website Launches
BANGKOK, Thailand, July 27, 2006. The Ocean Group is launching a new web site catering to luxury tourists for the Tourism Authority of Thailand.
Dubbed "ThailandWonders," the new site was designed specifically with the goal ofcommunicating the beauty of Thailand through an online medium, and offersvisitors numerous tools to plan the ultimate getaway.
"Thailand Wonders" is the culmination of a joint international projectheaded by The Ocean Group with teams and vendors located in Los Angeles,California and Bangkok, Thailand. The Ocean Group worked directly with theTourism Authority of Thailand throughout the project and will provide webhosting for the new site, as well as ongoing service and support, for thegovernmental agency for the next year.
With the goal of attracting the luxury segment of the travel market, theTourism Authority of Thailand tapped The Ocean Group to formulate andimplement a brand and online strategy.

Blending together informative content,rich visuals and powerful booking tools, the Thailand Wonders site is thedefinitive destination for prospective visitors. The web site spans theentirety of Thailand, including country description and background,cultural experiences, the myriad of activities available as well as acomplete calendar of seasonal events.
A feature called the Thailand Wonders Trip Assistant makes personalizedrecommendations based on the visitor's chosen area of interest andcompletes the process through to booking.
