Avalon Report Offers FREE Web 2.0 Webinars in Coming Weeks
Word of Mouse Made Simple
San Diego, CA, August 22, 2008. Starting in June at the prestigious HITEC show in Austin, Avalon Report Corporation kicked off a series of enlightening seminars designed to simplify the most visible component of Web 2.0, (online guest) or customer reviews and ratings, now being read by over 40% of the traveling public. The hour-long education sessions have been so well received through out the summer that the company has opened the invitation-only seminars to the industry at large.
"We are constantly told how complicated hoteliers find Web 2.0-and how intimidating it seems to be. Our approach is designed to enlighten and demystify the Web 2.0 wave," says Renier Milan of Avalon Report. "We find a certain level of paralysis common when approaching the issue-it's our goal to help overcome that problem."
With the 2009 hotel budget season in full swing, the company continues their commitment to provide hoteliers with a smart overview of the UGC sphere so a hotel may determine their need for monitoring and start translating concern into targeted planning and action. Accordingly, the company will offer the information packed sessions free to attendees on the following dates:
