. October 14, 2008

SAN DIEGO, CA, July 28, 2005. Woodfin Suite Hotels and Chase Suite Hotels by Woodfin have changed their Mission Statement, to formally place employees at the top of the hospitality process.

"Our Mission is to have Employees that are fulfilled and respected in their jobs, satisfied Guests who will return to out hotels and Owners who will continue to use our services because we are the best in the business - HAPPY EMPLOYEES, HAPPY GUESTS, HAPPY OWNERS"

The privately-owned national chain, with headquarters in San Diego, has already implemented significant corporate and property level restructuring in the past few months, enhancing efforts to produce unparalleled levels of excellence in customer satisfaction.

Robert Rojo, Director of Human Resources, comments "The beauty of the revised mission statement is the fact that it doesn't get much simpler than our approach. In order to provide the best service, we want to provide the best possible overall environment for the service providers. Successful customer retention and customer attraction are made a whole lot easier when you're retaining great employees and are able to attract the best available talent. 'A' team players are like gold in this industry".

The new mission statement will be rolled out during August across the company as part of Woodfin's 'Employee Appreciation Month'. This will be an annual event from 2005 onwards.

Deanne Vigil, COO, outlined their growth strategy - "Everything is linked. It would be a waste of time working on product development and franchise opportunities if we weren't also looking at the people that make it all tick, and very publicly appreciating their input to the whole process".
