APRIL 16, 2008. Taking its cue from the growing popularity of San Diego's Downtown region, The Westin Horton Plaza San Diego is celebrating its enviable, central location with the unveiling of a new name: The Westin Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego. In fact, the last ten-year Economic Impact study done for San Diego showed visitors to the Gaslamp increased by 400%.
