Chicago Burger Company Serves Up All the Fixins

CHICAGO, IL, October 14, 2006. Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers has added the Chicago Burger Company to its roster of dining venues. Overlooking the scenic Chicago River, the casual restaurant boasts a contemporary stylish dining area offering indoor and outdoor seating. Serving up everything from traditional all-American beef to more diverse options such as seafood, the made-to-order burgers are also generously topped with choice of hot or cold trimmings.
The Chicago Burger Company offers five types of burgers each weighing in at a mouth-watering 10 oz. Certified Angus Beef, or 8 oz. salmon, turkey, vegetarian and cioppino seafood consisting of red snapper, crab meat, shrimp and scallops. Guests can opt to make it a cheeseburger with a choice of American, cheddar, gorgonzola blue and swiss. Diners can also add classic trimmings, such as house-made ketchup, mustard, or be more daring with a variety of alternative fixins such as southwest guacamole, Chinese BBQ sauce, granny smith apple salsa, mango chuntey, tzaziki cucumber yogurt sauce, asian slaw, oriental peanut sauce, artichoke concasse, and more. The restaurant also features must-have sides including french fries, onion straws, vegetarian chili and caesar salad. All sandwiches are served with lettuce, tomato, onion on a corn-dusted kaiser bun with a kosher dill pickle.
For dessert, the Chicago Burger Company tempts guests with apple, cherry, lemon, pecan and chocolate 'eclair Table Talk Pies. Guests looking to make their pies 'a la mode can enjoy soft serve ice cream with choice of various toppings. A homemade chocolate ice cream sandwich in the shape of a hamburger is also offered as a sweet treat.
